I am a retired police dog handler and member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers.
I first qualified from the Royal Army Veterinary Corps dog training course in 1983 and joined the police in 1986; continuing on my training and passing many other police dog related courses. These also include training my own gundogs to field trial standards.
Using a wealth of knowledge from over 25 years experience K9 Lessons Information & Care is a fully insured business.
I can help you to train your dog, no matter what breed or age, develop focus and drive and for those who wish to take their training further, I can offer advanced training such as protection, tracking, article search and gundog training.
All of my police dogs throughout my career in the police force qualified for the national police dog trials. I was also selected for both the local and national police dog display teams; the highlight of which was appearing at the 1998 Royal tournament in front of the HRH The Queen.
